Matthews said we need to do what is right to get the country back on its feet.

“It’s a rough situation out there, Vincentians need to wake up and ask ourselves where are we going”? So says the Honorable Patel Matthews while speaking last night as a guest on the NDP night time program.

Matthews said we need to do what is right to get the country back on its feet. He outlined the leadership and experience of the Honorable Arhnim Eustace, as the one who is now the most capable person to take us to the promise land, and one who is exceptional.

Matthews asked that you look for yourselves at the economic trend and see where we are heading. He reminded persons, that over the years Mr. Eustace would warn the government and his predictions would come to past example. He said to take heed of NIS present situation.

He also reminded persons about the situation of the National Properties, where Eustace had warned about the large sum of money loaned to them by the NIS, and asked the question what have become of the National Properties today?
Matthews warned with all that is happening, whenever the party decided to take action, persons will be willing to follow; because too late to late shall be the cry.
