Vincentians particularly those who have power within their hands should not strive to create confusion among the people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines but instead strive to make a meaningful contribution to the country.
This advice came from Lawyer Dr. Linton Lewis who said that there are many people in this country whose prejudice and resentment against any one political party has given rise to confusion.
Dr. Lewis pointed out that whenever a contribution is made by these people it is often laced with political overtones. If you are so polarize in your mind when you are trying to make a contribution then the effort is not worth it, he added.
He disclosed that a lot of people don’t seek out solutions for many of the problems this country is facing but instead look for disagreements and use their prejudice to emphasize such.
Lewis said it is time a lot of Vincentians listen to the message and stop attacking the messenger.
